Your device will automatically activate when you start using it. While in use, the device’s LED light will activate. If your Sensa device does not activate automatically, check that it is charged and not in lock mode.

Your Sensa device has an easy lock function which you can activate by quickly pressing the round button on the bottom of the device 3 times. When your device is locked, the LED light will flash 3 times.

To unlock your device, again quickly press the round button on the bottom of the device 3 times. The LED light will flash once to indicate it is unlocked.

Your Sensa device has 2 modes, Base Mode and Boost Mode. Devices are sold in Base Mode, and you can dial up the flavor by switching to Boost Mode. Press and hold the round button on

the bottom of the device for 1.5 seconds. A blue LED light will glow as you vape to let you know Boost Mode is active. To switch back to Base Mode, repeat the process by holding the button for 1.5 seconds. Base Mode is indicated by an LED light* that glows as you vape. See how it’s done here.

Your Sensa device is thoughtfully designed so you can always keep track of your liquid levels. The body of your device is transparent, so you have a clear view of your liquid levels at all times. See for yourself here.

You can charge your device by plugging the supplied USB-C cable into your device and connecting the other end to a suitable charging port. The LED light indicator will change status during charging to indicate the state of your battery level. A full charge should take no longer than 1.5 hours.

• 0-50% battery – Red LED light will pulse
• 50-80% battery – LED* light will pulse
• 80-99% battery – LED* light will remain solid
• 100% – The LED will switch off, indicating a full charge

Your Sensa device contains a removable lithium-ion battery. When your device is empty (there is no visible liquid left in the device and/or no vapor is produced after charging) firmly press the battery access button on the side of the device and pull the bottom portion of the device to remove the battery module. Do not detach the battery module while the device is in use.

Once you safely remove the battery from your device, you’re ready to begin the responsible disposal process. You can contact your local waste management authority to find out how to responsibly dispose of batteries and the remaining Sensa casing in your area.

• 0-50% battery – Red LED light will pulse

When using your device – The color and status of your device’s LED light will help you understand what your device is doing when you are using it.

• Base Mode Puffing – Your device’s LED* light will glow when used in Base Mode. Want to switch to boost mode? Here’s how. [link to flavor boost mode video]
• Boost Mode Puffing – Your device’s LED light will glow blue when used in Boost Mode. Want to learn more about boost mode? Right this way. 
• 5 Second Puff Warning – Your device’s LED light will glow red 2 times when your puffing duration lasts more than 5 seconds.
• Low Battery Indicator – Your device’s LED light will pulse red 10 times after you puff if your battery is below 20%. You can still vape during this time.
• Depleted Battery Indicator – Your device’s LED light will quickly flash red 10 times during use, meaning your device requires charging before you can use it again. Learn how to recharge here.
• Device Error – If your device’s LED light is repeatedly flashing red in quick succession, it is likely that a device error has occurred. If this happens, please call our Customer Care team at 1-833-54-SENSA (73672) and we’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue.
